RRC is experiencing intermittent issues with processing payments through Snap Pay system. Service availability for the system will be returned as quickly as possible.

Texas Coal Mining Reclamation Awards

The Texas Coal Mining Reclamation Award is given every year to an exceptional mine operator for outstanding reclamation and community support. 

Awards are graded on

  • Contemporaneous
  • Post-Mining Land Use
  • innovative Practices
