How to Search for T-4 Permits
Pipeline operators in Texas are required by 16 TAC §3.70 to have a valid permit to legally operate their lines if they leave any tract of land that the operator controls. Permit work submitted and processed up to and during 2015 can be found here: Search for T-4 Pipeline Permits Online
Beginning in 2015, all permit work was required to be completed in the Pipeline Online Permit System (POPS). Paperwork was significantly reduced by the advent of the POPS system. Files attached in POPS only reside in the POPS system.
