April 01, 2019

AUSTIN – ICYMI: Yesterday, March 31, 2019 marked the 100-year anniversary of the Railroad Commission being given oversight of Texas’ oil and gas industry.

As the Commission marks this important milestone, see how a century of oil and gas oversight has made the RRC the global leader in energy regulation, and what the agency is doing to protect the citizens, environment and economy of Texas for the next 100 years, and beyond.  The Houston Chronicle printed a version of the Railroad Commission’s Op-Ed in its Sunday edition.

You can find the RRC’s op-ed here

Please feel free to reprint or publish this Railroad Commission op-ed.
