RRC Online System & Online Research Queries System Issues

The RRC Online System and Online Research Queries System has been restored except for the following online applications:

  • eFile (GS Tariff eFile System)
  • H-5 (Disposal/Injection Well Pressure Test)
  • H-9 (Certificate of Compliance Statewide Rule 36)
  • H-15 (Older Inactive Well Test Report)
  • W-3 and W3A (Well Plugging)
  • W-15 (Cementing Report)

Our goal today is to continue to provide access to additional applications, if possible by later this afternoon, and updates as applications are made available.

The Railroad Commission of Texas' Case Administration Service Electronic System (RRC CASES) allows you to search and view the agency's case information online, including processed case documents. The case information is updated throughout the day.

Authenticated users may also log into RRC CASES to submit documents for filing in dockets created in RRC CASES. To become an authenticated user you must request access. Documents may only be uploaded to dockets created in RRC CASES. To identify if a docket was created in RRC CASES, the docket number is in the following format:

  • OG-YR-0000XXXX
    • Ex: OG-19-00001234
    • Ex: OG-20-00001234
Please use the current process for all dockets not created in CASES.

For optimal performance use Google Chrome as your browser.

If you have questions regarding the case information, contact the RRC via email at Docketservices@rrc.texas.gov.
