In observance of the Christmas holidays, Railroad Commission of Texas offices will be closed December 23-27. The offices will re-open at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 30 for regular business. RRC Accepting Comments on Proposed Rules Amendments to CNG and LNG Regulations

The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) is accepting public comments on rule amendments to 16 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 13, relating to Regulations for Compressed Natural Gas Regulations (CNG), and 16 TAC Chapter 14, relating to Regulations for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

The proposed amendments implement changes as specified in Senate Bill 1582 (87th Legislature, Regular Session) as well as update, clarify, and ensure consistency among alternative fuel regulations.
