Extension of Certain Administrative Compliance, Technical Permitting Expirations, Filing Requirements to December 31

September 30, 2020

On April 3, 2020, the Railroad Commission of Texas (Commission) issued a Notice to Operators titled Extension of Certain Expirations and Filing Requirements Administered by the Administrative Compliance and Technical Permitting Sections (NTO). View the NTO here.

The NTO extended deadlines for certain expirations and filing requirements until September 30, 2020. The RRC is now extending the same deadlines for certain expirations and filing requirements until December 31, 2020. Accordingly, the NTO is updated to replace the date of September 30, 2020 in all places with the date December 31, 2020. Any applicable statutory requirements remain unaffected by this notice.
