Texas.gov launched a new payment portal on Sunday, September 28, 2025

Please clear your browser cache before making any payments. Contact your credit card company or bank if your transaction is declined.  Avoid closing your browser if it appears stopped and restarting the payment process multiple times.  If you do not see your application submitted after making payment, contact the relevant RRC department for your submission.

Visitor Parking

Paid public parking is available at the Bob Bullock State History Museum and in the State Visitor Parking Garage on San Jacinto St. between 12th and 13th Streets.

Visitors to the RRC Austin office with official business before the Commission may request guest parking through their RRC employee point-of-contact.
