The LP-Gas Safety Rules can be easily saved on your computer for future reference and can be searched for key words or section numbers. In addition to the Commission’s Regulations, this PDF also includes the State statute governing LPG. The PDF version is provided for informational purposes only. The official rules of the Railroad Commission of Texas are found in the Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Title 16, Part 1, Chapters 1 through 20. The TAC is maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State.

In addition to the Commission’s LP-Gas Safety Rules, the Commission has adopted by reference the National Fire Protection Association’s Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (NFPA 58 - 2008 edition) and National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54 – 2006 edition).
